TERM. The Sweepstakes begins February 1, 2008 and ends June 30, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

CAN I PARTICIPATE? Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Cargill, Incorporated, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible to win. Eligibility may be verified at any time.

HOW DO I ENTER? On an official entry form (which you may download and print at www.corowise.com) hand-print/type your name, address, including zip code, phone number, e-mail address (if any) and the words “CoroWise™ Cholesterol Reducer Challenge.” Complete your entry by including a written statement explaining why you are concerned about cholesterol and what are you doing to manage it. Please send your entry form with written statement and mail to: 2008 CoroWise™ Cholesterol Reducer Challenge Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9300, MS 48, Minneapolis, Minnesota 5540-9300. Each entry must be hand printed/typed and mailed separately, have sufficient postage, be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than July 7, 2008. No mechanical or other reproductions accepted. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or illegible entry of information or for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries. Entries which are incomplete, forged or otherwise defective or made outside authorized channels will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor, including all right and interest therein, and will neither be acknowledged nor returned. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion should an unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control affect the administration, proper play or conduct of the promotion. You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry has to meet the above entry rules and must be mailed or submitted separately. Proof of mailing or electronically submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a check for $1,000! Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The prize is not transferable nor substitutable, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use.

HOW TO WIN. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing, to be held on or about August 13, 2008, from among all entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by either postal mail or email on or about August 22, 2008, in accordance with the information provided by the entrants. The winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of receipt of those documents. If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason within ten (10) business days, is ineligible, fails to claim his or her prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Releases within the required time, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded.

GGENERAL TERMS. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, all entrants agree to the use (unless prohibited by law) of their name, voice, city, state of residence, testimonial, photograph or likeness, if submitted, for advertising, trade, promotional and other purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law). To be entered in the random drawing, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Related Parties, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors and officers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, if awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise or for any damage to entrant’s or other person’s hardware or software as a result of participation. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

PRIVACY NOTICE AND POLICY. Because entry into the Sweepstakes registers you to receive other promotional emails, the Sponsor will retain your e-mail address, and you will periodically receive e-mail messages from Sponsor or its agents. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s use of your information as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy below.

It is Cargill’s policy to respect the privacy of its on-line visitors. Cargill may use technology to obtain non-personal information from on-line visitors in order to improve the on-line experience, such as tracking the total number of visitors to our site. Cargill does not use cookie technology to collect information. In addition, Cargill only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses and e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. Winner List. The name of the winner and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by visiting the Sponsor’s following website: www.corowise.com. between September 30, 2008 and December 30, 2008.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place exclusively in a federal or state court within the State of Minnesota; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.
